Your transfer will pick you up between 5 - 5.30am depending on the time of the year to travel 90kms south of Alice Springs to Rainbow Valley taking in a breathtaking Sunrise, spectacular views and photographs before taking the 1km loop or 1.6 km Claypan walk to get up close & personal with the endearing sandstone ridge. You will then be transferred to the Camel Farm nestled at the base of the James Ranges to join the experienced team of Cameleers to learn all things Camels as you venture out for a half hour range ride on our team of mature working Dromedary Camels. On return you will enjoy a delicious prepared lunch special of the day and refreshment. There will be plenty of free time to wander and enjoy the peaceful ambience of the surrounds, indulge in some retail or local arts & culture before being transferred back to Alice Springs.
Our transfer vehicles are 2 x Toyota Land cruiser 4 x 4's which fit 4 persons comfortably in each vehicle. There is the option of other 2 rear seats suitable for children, please contact us if this is required.
